Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We do Not have a minimum order quantity, if you would like 1 item or 10 thousand, we have you covered

Can I buy from you even if I don't need embroidery or digital print, just blank clothing?

Yes, of course, we can supply all products with or without decoration

Do you have a discount on bulk orders?

Yes, however it depends on the quantity

Do you charge a set up fee?

Yes, this is a One Off charge for the creation of your artwork and will be kept on file for future use

Do do charge per colour for digital printing?

No, you can have as many colours as you like, the only time there is an extra charge, and its only slight, is if its Metallic

What forms of artwork do you accept?

We accept .ai, .eps, .psd, .cdr, .pdf, .png, .jpg,  If you do not have your logo in one of these formats, please send it to us anyway, so that we can take a look into converting it to a usable format. You can send your artwork to info@logostitch.com.au

What is your turn around time?

In most cases, orders are shipped out within 7-14 business days. This is depending on our current work load and stock availability, you will be informed when placing your order

What are your payment terms?

Payment needs to be made in full before any work commences

Do you have a postage service?

Yes, we can have your items sent Australia wide
