LogoStitch respects your privacy and confidentiality and strives to gain your trust. This privacy policy explains how LogoStitch collects, uses and discloses the information you provide while using the LogoStitch Web site.

1. Collection, Use and Disclosure

The personal information which is provided to LogoStitch from our clients as part of LogoStitch’s primary function will be held in the strictest of confidence¬† and will not be made available for commercial purposes and is only used for the primary purpose for which it is supplied. We do not and will not ever release your information to a third party for any purpose whatsoever.

Your contact information will not be used for advertising, spam, or newsletters and will be kept private. LogoStitch will only collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide through our website or e-mail correspondence. The purpose of this information is to process orders, respond to inquiries and special requests, and to track orders. At any time you may remove or modify your information, please contact  LogoStitch Customer Service for assistance.

The personal information supplied to LogoStitch by our clients will be used only as directed by our clients and in accordance with the Privacy Act, and will not be used for any other purpose.

2. Data quality

The accuracy and quality of personal information is governed by the accuracy and quality of the data supplied by our clients.

Any personal information which is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or not up-to-date should be notified to us by our supplying client, and will be corrected as soon as we have been provided with the correct information by our client.

The LogoStitch Web site may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the practices employed by Web sites linked to or from our Web site nor the information or content contained therein. Often links to other Web sites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of our Web site.

3. Data Security

Client Data is stored in files on a laptop computer that is removed from our business premises when unattended and stored in a dedicated safe whilst off premises. Data on our Computer is backed up to CD which is held securely in an offsite safe to guard against system failures and is overwritten every four weeks. Connection of portable computers to our system is not possible or permitted.

In addition to the above, LogoStitch has a Staff Security Agreement which is designed to ensure that the use of the data shall be solely and exclusively to the agreed specific purpose or service.

4. General

LogoStitch will use its best endeavors to comply with its obligations under the Privacy Act and the National Privacy Principles to the extent that the Act and those principles apply to LogoStitch’s Business.

LogoStitch reserves the right to amend or modify our Privacy Policy. You are bound by any such revisions and should periodically re-visit this page.
