ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
LogoStitch is committed to providing our customers with the safest and most pleasant online shopping experience possible. Please read the terms and conditions that govern this site prior to placing your order. By using this site and shopping on it, you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
LogoStitch wants to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one. We strive to keep you informed and will send e-mail updates with the status of your order throughout the process. If at any time you have questions or concerns, please contact us immediately so we may assist you.
Rush orders are available upon request. Expediting charges may apply depending on a number of factors including product availability, decoration technique selected and current production workloads. Options will always be communicated in advance of order fulfillment so you can identify the best fit for your situation.
PRODUCTS AND INVENTORY
LogoStitch strives to provide items on our website that are readily stocked. However, because of the broad nature of products, colors and sizes there may be short stock issues at the manufacturer’s inventory level. If for any reason, the item you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and make a recommendation of a similar product or new time in which you could expect the product.
Products, Terms & Conditions, Sizes and Colors are subject to change or of being discontinued without notice. Should this happen, notification will be provided to you before processing the order.
WEBSITE COLOR MATCHING
Due to variance in individual monitors, product colors shown on our websites and electronic proofs may vary slightly from the actual products and are intended for reference only. We have no liability for damages, return of merchandise for credit as a result of any variances between the appearance of colors and/or graphics displayed on your monitor and any finished product purchased from LogoStitch. If colors must be exact, please request a print catalog, physical proof and/or provide us with PMS colors to allow an accurate color match.
LOGO COLOR ACCURACY
In order to assure accurate logo representation, we request that PMS color codes be provided. In the absence of PMS codes, we will match your logo color the best we can using standard inks or threads.
Electronic proofs are provided for every order. It is the customer’s responsibility to proofread and verify colors, placement, spelling and product accuracy in a timely manner.
RIGHT TO USE COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
LogoStitch relies on our customers to be fully authorized to use the artwork provided to us. The burden of determining that any material is not protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or proprietary right is solely the responsibility of the customer, We assume no liability for legal issues that may arise between you our customer and a third party for copyright or trademark infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold LogoStitch harmless from any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made or incurred by LogoStitch by reason of the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark purchased by the customer through LogoStitch.
Additionally, any logos used in photos on our web stores are the property of their respective owners and are for illustration purposes only. No endorsement by a logo owner is implied.
We pride ourselves on both our products and service and your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. If we make a mistake, we will resolve it to your satisfaction immediately.
Please note, apparel colors may vary slightly from garment to garment due to the nature of garment manufacturing and dye lot variances. If exact color uniformity in apparel is of concern for you please speak with our customer service department prior to placing your order.
LogoStitch will do everything possible to honor requests for cancellation or change after order placement. However, applicable art or setup costs or re-stocking fees that may have already been executed prior to cancellation or order change will apply. Return shipments will be at clients expense.
If there is a defect on the product, please call customer service to arrange an exchange or refund on the defective pieces. Claims must be reported within 15 days of receipts of goods. Only defective goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandize once a Return Authorization is issued.
LogoStitch is not responsible for sizing issues. Sizes vary from manufacture to manufacture, so carefully review size charts prior to placing orders. Blank samples are available for purchase prior to production.
Merchandise found to be defective or incorrect due to our error would be replaced at no charge when returned within 30 days. With preauthorization, blank apparel can be returned as long as it is in the same condition it was when received. A restocking fee may apply. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
If you choose to register with our store and create an account, you must complete the registration process thereby provide us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify LogoStitch immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. LogoStitch will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
